The event recognized outstanding professionals who continue to shape the future of advertising, media, and creative industries in Southern Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728Honorees included:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>* Silver Medal Award: Steve Earnhart, iHeartMedia<br>* Hall of Fame Inductees: Alan Michaels, Children\u2019s Advocacy Center of Southern Arizona<br>* Ray Frieders, Saguaro City Music Theatre<br>* Ad Pro of the Year: Sonia Ruiz-Monson, iHeartMedia<br>* Next Gen Award: Shayla Sandoval, Sandoval Creative<br><br>As a team, we couldn\u2019t be more honored to be led by the pillar that is Shayla Sandoval. She epitomizes the hope found in the next generation of advertisers. Her work ethic, steadiness, and vision go far beyond \u201cjust doing the job\u201d\u2014qualities that inspire our team daily.<br><br>While Shayla is quick to brush off recognition, we are not surprised that she has been honored with the Next Gen Award.
