TAFEF Next Generation Award

Sandoval Creative is proud to celebrate a major achievement for one of our own. Shayla Sandoval, Senior Vice President of Client and Creative Services, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Next Generation Award by the Tucson Advertising Federation Educational Foundation (TAFEF).

This prestigious honor recognizes advertising professionals under 40 who are making bold contributions through leadership, innovation, and the ability to inspire others.

Shayla leads our client services team with empathy, creativity, and a deep commitment to both our clients and our community. Her work with partners such as Casino Del Sol, Tucson Federal Credit Union, and Nova Home Loans has helped build award-winning campaigns and enduring relationships.

A Tucson native and University of Arizona graduate, Shayla also serves as President of El Rio Vecinos, the young professionals board of El Rio Health, raising over $1 million for youth health programs. She is active in her church, a respected photographer, and a generous host to friends and family.

The event was held on September 4th at La Paloma Country Club and included a celebration of other awardees.
